The ETG-300 series 300W laser cutting system is the most economical laser cutter available in the market dedicatedly developed and promoted by EASTERN LASER. The 300W laser cutting system with a much more competitive price tag compared to a traditional die board laser cutting machine, is specially designed for clients in need of cutting die board and other non-metal materials.

Features
1. The cutting speed is largely improved in that the upper and lower cutting heads work simultaneously, and the kerfs are more well-balanced because the cutting depth of each laser is reduced compared with that of a single laser cutter.
2. The electricity consumption is unbelievably low. Once the 300W laser cutting system is connected to an external single-phase power and turned on, it is ready to work with zero power-on time.
3. The kerf adjustment technique is easy to master and the cutting software is compatible with AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop.
4. This medium power laser cutting machine adopts a fixed optical structure, guide rails imported from Taiwan, and imported dual direction (x, y) precision ball screw drives, ensuring high accuracy and stability.
5. The durable Beijing RECI CO2 laser tubes need no assistant gas while cutting, and the laser focusing mirror imported from America significantly lowers laser attenuation in transmission.
6. The enclosed constant-temperature industrial laser cooling system provides stable and accurate water-temperature control, greatly extending laser tube’s service life.
7. The cutting speed of the 300W laser cutting system is very fast, reaching 20-30m per hour in terms of cutting wooden board with 18mm in thickness.
8. The kerf width is adjustable to 0.45mm, 0.71mm, 1.05mm, 1.42mm, etc. and kerfs both at upper side and lower side are well-balanced
